It took several days to resolve my problem inside my dashboard which I heard on Saturday while driving. The manager suggested having the car towed which took all morning. Subsequently, we had to utilize a different towing company. That day was lost. I was without a car for 3 days only to learn that the wrong part was received. Luckily, the dealer agreed to provide me with a rental car so that I could get to work the following day. Eventually the problem was resolved only to discover that now the glove compartment was broken upon retrieving my car. My paper work stays in the glove compartment which the employee had to retrieve, and somehow the glove compartment was broken.
