Joe opened our conversation by commenting on how many appointments I missed (2) and accused me of not having an appointment. He eventually corrected himself during my silence. My appointment was further extended due to more accusations, he disrespected his own technician and failed at quality service. I will not be accepting services from Joe.
Had an excellent experience at this dealership. I was able to make an appointment right away to bring my car in, they shuttled me to my house while I waited, called to explain the issues, took the time to see what was under warranty and talk to me about costs. I cannot stress how fantastic Jack was, he helped me tremendously by seeing if anything was under warranty and explaining everything to me and I’ve never seen that level of attention at any dealer ever. Best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership or service center.
