Service was good. My experience with the dealerships email service is the worst. Do you really have to send out a email to complete a stupid survey at 12:18 on a Thursday when people have to work in the morning?
I made an appointment to fix a recall on Thursday afternoon for the following Monday morning. I took off work and drove to Philly for the appointment only to be told they ran out of parts for my appointment in the 2 1/2 days since I made the appointment. I had gotten a confirmation email to be sure I was coming, but no one bothered to call to re-schedule to say they either had an influx of people come to get the recall fixed and they ran out of the part or that they were mistaken when I made the appointment and that the part was not in stock. It was a waste of my time, gas, and tolls to make the trip.
The people i worked with were friendly and honest. I would've liked a little bit more knowledge about options and such. While at the dealership I had to use my phone to visit the chevy website to see what was included on option packages.
