the agent did not do the complimentary check on my vehicle necessarily. I have been dealing with this dealership for long and when I bring my vehicle I should have some knowledge about things that need to be addressed on my car before its too late.
Anyway since I bought this vehicle from F C Kerbeck in New Jersey I should be going back there, but I thought because you are closer its why I have been using your Dealership for service this long.

Making an appointment was quick over the phone. I went in for an inspection and needed new windshield wipers. The service gentleman noticed that I was a loyal customer and waived the installation fee and more. I waited approx 1.5 hours, but was told this from the start. I love coming to chapman because I don't feel like I'm waiting, I have some coffe, snack and watch tv in comfortable seats while I wait. I will continue to come here.
I contacted John Weiser by email - no reply from him about email below. After my service was completed nothing was discussed - just handed my bill due and directed to check-out. John Weiser told me 'to contact him before I completed this survey if anything was less than 100%'.

My tire pressure did not get checked or brought up to the 80 psi. My tires did not get rotated because the front two was low when I came in and still low now. I mentioned to you that I wanted all my tires pressure checked and brought up to 80psi as per what is on the tires. Also rotation is to include the spare and it has never been on the ground. So as you can see I was charged for work that was never completed.
You asked me to contact you before I gave a review of anything less that 100%. I just contacted you and your review will be the lowest possible. I spent 4 hours of my overtime there (money I would have made) over $50 an hour for me = $200 plus. So what else did not get completed on my maintenance?

I have taken my fiancés car here multiple times for an oil change and when I purchased my first vehicle this is where I came. This was my second time for my own oil change and thought it was nice that they reminded me that my car inspection was about to be up soon. When offered to do it they said it would take 2-2.5 hours so I opted out. I thought that was way too long considering my car is brand new and there absolutely nothing wrong with it. Overall, the staff is friendly, my oil change took approx 1.5 hrs.
Everyone was very courteous at the dealership. I was well informed throughout the day with the progress of the service on my vehicle. I always liked the text message notifications. That is a great way to stay in contact with the customer.
For the first time I experienced a Chapman went very well I give that to the young lady that check me in that same one that I spoke to you over the phone she was professional she was very helpful and she made my experience there very pleasant she checked under warranty to assist me with another issue that my vehicle is having
I didn't have to go back and forth about warranty even though it wasn't a warranty issue she was just great and that's the first time that I've had that type of experience at Chapman and the other one was so young man who was the shuttle driver who picked me up and took me back to my job and he was very pleasant he was on time when it was time to bring me back over to get my car so he did very well also. However I would like to see a little better service as at the other GM dealers when you bring your car in you do get a quick wash and vacuum and I would like to thank you for the coupon for the oil change.
Jack Pfettscher was my service rep. and he represents your company well. He was friendly very helpful. I got the service I came in for and he made me fully aware of what is expected at my next service time. I was fully satisfied with my service.
