My experience was a good one. The staff was knowledgeable & very friendly. We had a slight hiccup but everything worked out well & I am very pleased. I want to say thank you to Erick my service advisor. It was a pleasure to work with you!
Pull up write up process was terrible. Chaotic and confusing process. to many steps. I spent longer waiting for the line to move and a service writer to get to me than I would have if I parked, walked in, got to deal with the same service writer I spoke with on the phone, gave them my keys and left.
My experience was great, the Service Advisor Erick Borras was very nice and explain everything very well. I would definitely go back there if I have any other issues. I was in and out unlike other dealers where I have to sit for hours. Thanks for that.
My experience was good except for the fact that a week later someone from the cashier Department called me about a $200 payment that was included in my purchase for an extended warranty I felt somewhat insulted.
Bought my vehicle back in May, Came in for the oil change 9/9/16 on my day I had taken off work to do it because I am coming from almost an hour away. I arrived at 9:25am and told them just an oil change and I am waiting for the vehicle obviously. The oil change took 3 hours!!! I didn't leave until 12:30!!!! I thought maybe an hour or so, not 3!!! What a total waste of my day coming all the way from the Jersey shore.
I had an appointment for 8am to get an oil change and tire rotation. They took my vehicle in for service about 8:30. I told them I would wait . I didn't get out of there until close to 1pm. I feel like my whole morning was wasited my whole morning for something I think should have been done in no modern than 1 hour.
