The buying experience went well. The breakdown occurred once I left the property. The $70k truck that I bought had bad front-end alignment which I realized within 5 minutes of leaving the dealership. Had it not been late at night and the start of a 90 minute drive home, I would have returned to the dealership. Then a piece of trim on the roof that was not installed properly got ripped off. About a month ago I went to Chapman had all the brakes and rotors replaced. I noticed immediately after the first time it rained the rotors would get really rusty, not the area where the pads sit on but the rest of the rotor and it looks bad. This was my first experience with Chapman and all my communications were with Chris Rowe initially, his information, follow up was complete and most importantly the information, the finance numbers etc. were the same, it was a real pleasure. All other personnel were very professional, personable, and knowledgeable making the overall experience pleasant. I certainly would recommend Chapman Chevrolet to anyone. That being said, even though the dealership is quite a distance from my home I will definitely bring the car back for inspection in Nov.

This is a review for Amanda Kelly. She was our sales consultant for the purchase of the 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV. We are super happy with this purchase partly because of Amanda's help with being transparent and avoiding any surprises. Amanda is friendly and super helpful with helping us purchase the vehicle using text, chats and emails since we live 1.5h away from the dealership. I contacted them today about their online posting for a specific Chevy Bolt EUV with a listed “Chapman Price” of $37,695. When they sent me a quote, it abruptly included an unadvertised $5,000 “market adjustment” not present on the listing. I sent them a photograph of their own current listing at the lower price, and still they refused to credit it. After some confusion about the price to find the reason for it throwing hot air they quoted me a price 1800.00 to fix this problem. Service is ran by a compete set of crooks. Very unprofessional and misleading. For warranty or major work look for another dealer because the techs that work at Chapman are “Terrible” good for only oil changes and car washes.
These people are crooks. They will raise prices to pocket manufacturer rebates for themselves. They will significantly devalue your trade and make you feel as though they are doing you a favor by even taking your trade. I was interested in a truck and they wouldn’t even negotiate a price until they ran my credit. Snakes. Stay away. Go to Barlow across the river, much better place to do business.

They were well over an hour from my appointment time getting the vehicle inside had an oil change and a tire rotation the next morning I looked noticed one of my hubcaps was missing called said they get back to me, nothing in two weeks I called again and got the same runaround.
I have an ad that clearly states a vehicle I was interested in is priced at $21,999. When talking to the dealership, they say "no, its $34,000" So the advertisement you put out is false? Yep thats right. Rhey advertised the vehicle at $21,999 to get you to come in but the vehicle is actually $34,000. False advertising at its finest Id never buy from them

Colleen, the sales manager was very understanding of our needs and took as much time as we needed to discuss the best options for us. We were treated politely the entire time we were there and on every phone call. And never once did we feel pressured to purchase. Worst customer service i have experience in my 38 years of car ownership. The technician talked to me as if I didn't know what was going on with my car. They never called me to tell me that my car was ready, I had to call them to find that out.
