They refused to honor the service of free PA inspections. When I bought the car from them I was told I would have free PA inspections for the life of my car. I’ve had free inspections since 2015 when I first bought the car, now all of a sudden they no longer want to honor it. I even showed them the paperwork as proof of my claim, they made a copy of it to send to the general manager and said they would get back to me. I’ll keep y’all posted.

The initial sale went great. Bought a 2023 vehicle with 10,900 miles. After all the paperwork was done and I was leaving with the vehicle, the salesperson went to get my second key fob only to find out it was in the mail coming up from Florida. Also no glovebox manual. I had a few service issues that haven’t been addressed as well. I met with the general manager who has an attitude telling me I wasn’t promised a second key and you know it is a used car. Customer service staff (Jonathan especially) are great. its pricey like most dealerships, and I’ve had to have them redo a couple of things over the years, but they make good on things, and by and large they’ve been great and helped me keep a car with >100k miles in great condition.
